IS A MANO DELIVERING IN PERTH?
Yes, we continue to deliver in Perth. Orders are accepted until 12:00 pm WST from Monday to Saturday.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY HOURS?
Deliveries are made between 12 pm and 5 pm, Monday to Saturday.
DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
Yes, orders placed before 12:00 pm WST from Monday to Saturday are eligible for same-day delivery.
WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
We aim to please. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we'll strive to make it right.
WHAT IF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS WRONG?
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery. Please ensure the address you provide is correct.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES?
Fees range from $15 to $30 depending on your delivery location.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME?
We strive to coordinate with you the sender to determine the most suitable course of action for delivery. If it's deemed unsafe to leave the order unattended at the designated location, we will return it and arrange for a rescheduled delivery. Please note that additional charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Contact us immediately for any changes. Note that changes cannot be made once the order is out for delivery.
